- Assist guests check-in and check-out.
- Welcome guests with the best service.
- Ensure customers check-in under a comfortable environment.
- Attend customer complaints and report to the Manager before making any decisions.
- Fulfil customer requirements and needs.
- Upsell any package or promotion upon communicating with guests
- Answering phone calls and recording down any enquiries or replies instantly to improve sales.
- Check bookings upon receiving any bookings from OTAs or Hotel websites.
- Handle OTAs extranet replying to guest messages and enquiries.
- Run night audits and prepare registration form, breakfast vouchers, key card holder
- Must embrace job rotation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
