• Gather data from various sources and use analytical tools to derive actionable insights.
• Evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assess merchant activity and relationships to optimize partnerships.
• Analyze bank service usage to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate costs and expenses to identify savings opportunities.
• Conduct thorough research on industry dynamics, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Create clear, concise reports, charts, and graphs to present findings effectively.
• Clean, organize, and verify data accuracy, maintaining detailed records of methodologies, findings, and assumptions.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to develop and implement growth and optimization strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal teams and clients, summarizing analysis results and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Actuarial Science.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome, training provided.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory, as dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients is required.
• Background in BPO, Fintech and Accounting or Finance is preferable.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing, Finance, Business Analyst role for senior position.
• Proficient in Excel VBA, SQL, Power Query, Power BI.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong research and conceptualization skills.
