Campaign Management:
- Develop targeted campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, onboarding, retention and advocacy. • Create engaging content for various marketing funnels, including event promotions, product announcements, membership updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with senior to implement campaign layouts and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaign themes and execution plans.
Lifecycle Strategy Development:
- Work closely with senior to design and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Identify key touchpoints and create personalized engagement strategies for each stage of the customer journey.
- Work closely with senior to optimize lifecycle programs through A/B testing, data insights and industry trends.
Execution Excellence:
- Ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget, coordinating with various teams to manage deliverables by using different type of sources channel.
- Monitor campaign progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Data Analysis (Preferred):
- If applicable, utilize data analysis skills to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting key metrics and insights for future planning.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, operations and data & risk team to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on campaign objectives and timelines.
Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital marketing.
- Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the role.
- Achieve at least bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Professionals with 1-2 years of experience in CRM marketing, e-commerce, finance, investments, crypto, e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin
- Ability to think strategically within a business context.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Background in data analysis is an additional advantage.
