Responsibilities:
- Responsible for software and hardware installation, setup, configuration and upgrade.
- Provide day-to-day system administration and technical support services to the plant.
- Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records.
- Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and applications administration.
- Assist in the plant network and security maintenance.
- Assist in ad hoc IT project or others ad hoc task.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/information or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years solid working experience in IT industry or similar role.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
- Possess good working attitude and pro-active.
- Able to work independently and have good communication skills.
