Working Days: 5 days a week rotational (2 days off)
Job Scope :
-To attend the inbound calls from customers
-Identify customer technical issues on the products
-Assist customers to solve the problems by providing the right solution / trouble shooting
Job Requirement:
- SPM with customer service experience, Diploma, Degree, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have own laptop for training purpose.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
