Job Overview:
As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll create and serve expertly crafted cocktails and other beverages in line with our brand standards. This role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Cocktails and Drinks:
Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages, ensuring each is consistent with recipe specifications and quality standards.
Continuously refine and improve recipes based on customer feedback and seasonal availability.
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide suggestions based on guest preferences.
Engage with guests to create a memorable experience, sharing knowledge about different cocktails, ingredients, and techniques.
Bar Maintenance and Cleanliness:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
Ensure all glassware, tools, and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
Inventory and Stock Control:
Monitor stock levels of bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes, and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Assist with inventory checks and waste reduction.
Compliance and Safety:
Follow all health and safety protocols, ensuring proper handling and storage of alcohol.
Comply with all local and company alcohol service laws and policies.
