Job Summary
- At least three (3) years of Beauty or Cosmetic experiences
- Able to work independently
- Team Leadership skill
- Able to handle complicated issues between staff and customers
- Energetic
- Prefer to work in team
- Competitive and honest - Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft word and Excel.
- Able to commit for retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,500 (Basic + Allowance + Commission + Incentive)

Responsibilities and Duties
-Demonstrate and promote skincare and/or make-up products in order to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure smooth operations and support area Manager for all daily tasks for store
- Build a regular base of customers on which follow-up is fundamental.
- Maintenance of counter, merchandise & display and ensure alignment with brand image.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Support and responsible for the stock holding and shrinkages in stores
- Monitoring of stock holding level and ensure physical stock corresponds to computerized records
- Conduct Weekly, monthly stock count for stores.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
