Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, present the company’s products/services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to increase brand awareness and generate new business.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with product and customer success teams to refine offerings and address client needs.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
