Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, present the company’s products/services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to increase brand awareness and generate new business.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with product and customer success teams to refine offerings and address client needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
