INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTIONS & OUTCOMES:
- Assist customer to resolve their issue related to their orders.
- Provide accurate and appropriate information or assistance to all incoming calls, manage customer service email enquiries.
- Manage enquiries from TIKTOK, Shopee & Facebook for Best Express.
- Complaint management by working closely with internal and external parties for effective solutions to problems and ensuring customer complaints are issued and closed within 3 working days.
- Coordinator in handling Corporate Sales order processing up to delivery.
- Maintaining all ISO related matters pertaining to Customer Service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must be a Degree or Diploma student from any Business Management related fields.
- Selected applicant will work at Penerbitan Pelangi, Wisma Pelangi, Bangi, Selangor.
