Job Title: Retail Staff at HAMRAS MART

Job Description:

HAMRAS MART is looking for dedicated and customer-focused retail staff to join our team. As a Retail Staff member, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe and grocery area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as cashier, handling transactions accurately and efficiently
• Receive payments from customers and provide correct change
• Assist and attend to customers’ needs with a friendly attitude
• Help customers find products and answer any inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
• Receive product deliveries and stock inventory as needed
• Organize products on shelves according to store layout
• Support cafe operations by helping to prepare menu items like sandwiches, noodles, drinks, and waffles
• Be available to come in on-call if needed for additional support
• Ensure all tasks are performed with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence
• Training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge in all areas

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, willing to work with sincerity (ikhlas) and dedication
• Flexibility to come in on-call if needed
• Interest in the food and beverage industry and customer service
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM7.00 - RM8.00 per day

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
