Job Responsibilities :
- Guide and supervise other members of care team to coordinate care for patient
- Provide patient care and support, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs and assisting with procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
- Developing nursing practices, policies and procedures
