A chemical manufacturing company in Teluk Panglima Garang is looking for experienced Chemical Process Technicians to oversee its manufacturing processes.
Job Role
The Process Technician monitors the esterification processes, tests batch quality, maintains equipment logbooks, reports any machine faults and ensures a clean production floor.
Responsibilities
- Operate the esterification plant mainly through a computerized distribution control system to ensure efficient operation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials, and final products to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to minimize risks in the production floor.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and wastes.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for the DCS system
- Ensure requirements for standards of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HACCP, HALAL & KOSHER have been adhered to all the time and involved actively in the continuous improvement plan.
Requirements
- SPM/SPVM/Certificate /Diploma in Chemical, Chemistry
- Prefer 1-2 years related work experience in a chemical plant
- Able to work on rotational shift ( day shift/night shift)
- Willing to work Overtime
- Available immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
