Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Collection:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue collection.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement in revenue generation.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of customers
2.Debt Management:
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Implement debt recovery processes and negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts.
- Work with legal teams if necessary for debt recovery.
3.Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to revenue collection.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
4.Customer Relations:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and payment options.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients.
5.Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue collection and outstanding balances.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to improve revenue performance.
6.Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and sales, to streamline revenue-related processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in billing and collection procedures.
7.Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
- Prepare documentation for legal actions, if necessary.
8.Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize revenue leakage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
