Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Collection:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue collection.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement in revenue generation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of customers

2.Debt Management:

  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Implement debt recovery processes and negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts.
  • Work with legal teams if necessary for debt recovery.

3.Compliance:

  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to revenue collection.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

4.Customer Relations:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and payment options.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients.

5.Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue collection and outstanding balances.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to improve revenue performance.

6.Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and sales, to streamline revenue-related processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in billing and collection procedures.

7.Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
  • Prepare documentation for legal actions, if necessary.

8.Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize revenue leakage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
