About the Role Job Description:Interns-Talent Acquisition-HR (2) 1) Source relevant candidates for job roles advertized using tech-based solutions/HR tools as per sourcing strategy 2) Build a pipeline of shortlisted candidates for various job roles as per requirements 2) Participate in talent acquisition initiatives to provide high rated candidates to hiring manager. 3) Support in building curated database of relevant talent across various skills. 4) Marketing the company and the job to candidate for greater acceptance 5) Attend industry seminars and share insights 6) Provide periodic internship reports to CEO. Requirements 1. Malaysia based, final year undergraduates/postgraduates in Human Resources with a high GPA score. 2. Successful clearing of Internship interview.
