Requirements
Department Accountant
Report to Manager
1.Strengthen compliance on internal control, tax, and accounting
regulation.
2.Compass to management team on advisory & financial information
analysis to business risk & opportunity.
3.Deepen staff’s skill and activities to close gap through employee
development.
・Meeting the strict accounting deadline for the task assigned.
・ Identify and resolve issues with assistance from the manager.
・ Assist and supervise junior members on the tasks assigned.
・Supervise Account Payable, including but not limited to hand-on in the whole process of trade, non-trade payable and staff claim.
・ Reporting: Compile monthly customer collection report and input result of financial data into a system for transmission to Japan.
・ Projects: Involve, organize & conduct meeting or make a presentation for project assigned.
・Be part of a strong accounting team to ensure smooth operation of accounting department. i.e. year-audit audit, stock taking, etc.
Requirements
・Diploma / Degree holder in accounting field (with minimum 3 year working experience)
・ Strong accounting background with necessary accounting qualification.
・ Capable to operate Microsoft application software, i.e. Excel,
・ Work independently and demonstrate certain leadership quality.
・Able to communicate and write English proficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
