What you need to know:
- As a technical supporter, you will contact customers via phone, chat, and email after making an appointment.
- You support customers by integrating their website, their store, or their account and aid in solving technical challenges.
- Identify content and performance potential and advise the customer on the technical integration and improvement of processes.
- A step-by-step guide to implementing the Conversions API. Instructions for Direct Integration and Integration as a Platform - CAPI Gateway, CAPI Partners, CAPI for Google Tag Manager.
- With diligence, you track the customers' successes through constant monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with 14 months passport validity
- 1 year experience in Web Development
- Experience in google tag manager and/or google tag assistant
- At least 1 year experience in customer support
- Previous experience with social media advertising, digital marketing, sales
- Good English comms skills + fluent with native language (Thai & Vietnamese)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
