  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Company overview

Our client is an well established listed manufacturing company that is a strong player in its industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board Finance Controller to join their team in Mid Valley.

The new role

1. Supervise and oversee the financial functions of all subsidiaries.

2 Ensure all bookkeeping and records are accurate and reliable.

3 Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.

4Provide analysis opinion and recommendation to the superior with a copy to the Head of Business Unit.

5Ensure financial functions are in compliance to SOP, Group Management Policies and all relevant statutory requirements.

6Pre-identify any potential risks and communicate to the Finance Manager and Senior Group Finance Manager with copy to the ERM Department.

7Preparation and weekly / monthly update of 6 months cashflow forecast.

8Coordination with respective parties concerned to ensure all financial obligations are met on a timely basis.

9 Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements to succeed

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or any related field of study
  • Minimum 3 years in managerial position in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment or audit firm
  • Minimum 3-5 years in managerial position in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment or audit firm ( For Diploma level)
  • Less than 30 years old
  • Strong leadership, good time management, proactive, fast learner and a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills, well spoken & written English, MS Office
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and other regulatory financial reporting are advantageous.
  • Potential but not match the current requirements may be shortlisted for the available vacancy
