Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and validate electrical components.
• Create test reports and design change documents via the Engineering Change Process (ECN).
• Collaborate with the supply chain to identify components for new designs or improvements.
• Design cable assemblies and electrical subsystems, with knowledge of UL-style cables.
• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and understand power electronics.
• Manage product development life cycles, including Production Transfer and NPI.
• Ensure designs comply with testing and regulatory standards.
• Develop electronics testers and use measurement tools (oscilloscopes, power analyzers) for design validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Write technical documents (reports, work instructions).
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle aggressive project schedules.
• Independent work with minimal supervision, occasional travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in electrical and industrial system design.
• Knowledge of regulatory safety standards (UL/ICE).
• Proficient in CAD/SLIDWORKS/EPLAN for electrical documentation.
• Self-motivated, team player with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
