Job Title: Technician

Location: Desa Cemerlang Johor

Job description:

· Ensure that machines and equipment are set up and maintained for continuous production

· Tooling change and System record

· Follow up daily Machine Output

· Run Machine based on Planning by leader/Supervisor

· Do Quality Control as per drawing

· Understand Design Layout and Tool Sequence

· Able to read and understand Part Drawing

· Understand GD&T (Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

· To maintain the Machine by performing planned preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and efficient response to Machine breakdowns

· Carry out planned preventive maintenance.

· Troubleshoot machine problems with minimum downtime

· Understand SPC and process capability (Cp & CPk)

· Raise E-JR for any breakdown MC related with FFD

· Follow work instructions on planned activities and report concerns with any instructions to Supervisor

Requirement:

· Candidate must possess Sijil Kemahiran/Diploma in Mechanical/Machining or equivalent

· At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing (prefer Auto lathe , CNC milling & Turning Process) environment.

· The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Ø Night Shift Allowance RM5/day
