a) Develop and implement a facility management program including daily surveillance, plan preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
b) Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
c) Ensure compliance with health and safety standard and industry codes.
d) Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.
e) Coordinate intra-office moves.
f) Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
g) Oversee facility refurbishment and renovation.
h) Plan and manage facility central services such as help desk, security, cleaning, landscape, waste disposal and parking.
i) Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency.
j) Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers.
k) Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
l) Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving.
m) Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers.
n) Manage contractor and vendor relationships.
o) Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met.
p) Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met.
q) Check completed work by contractors and vendors.
r) Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing.
s) Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
