Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping customers find products
Sales: Processing payments, recommending products, and using upselling techniques to increase sales
Store operations: Cleaning, restocking, and organizing merchandise, opening and closing the store, and following store policies
Customer resolution: Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
Inventory management: Taking inventory, managing returns and exchanges, and reporting security issues
Training: Participating in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
