· Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
· Manage Inbound/Outbound phone calls.
· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Perform servicing calls to reach out to customers to inform on pending premiums /encourage payment for continued coverage.
· Provide a polite, professional and accurate response to queries by customers
· Manager customer's expectations and follows up diligently to ensure PH makes premium payment by given timeline
· Undertake any other works and duties allocated by management as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
