Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor all status of Internal and external audits and follow through on the timeliness in submission of corrective actions
  • Represent the Senior Quality Manager and play the role of auditee in her/his absence ensuring to maintain a successful inspection outcome.
  • Follow through on post audit reports and ensure corrective actions are submitted on a timely manner
  • Experienced in handling ISO 15189
  • Experienced in D.S.M., planning and managing external audits.
  • Support the Senior Quality Manager, by being the coordinator and the contact point for any quality related matters which includes accreditation
  • Assist the Senior Quality Manager in Risk Management/Quality Improvement exercise
  • Assist in monitoring all status of Internal and external audits and follow through on the timeliness in submission of corrective actions
  • Ensure that NC/IR/CFF are followed through and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Participate actively in QMS Analysis
  • Accreditation and Audit - to follow through on post audit reports and ensure corrective actions are submitted on a timely manner
  • Participate in internal audits activity, ensuring that audit internal audit reports and closed on a timely manner

Key Requirements

  • Minimum a diploma holder in bio-medical science / medical laboratories related courses or quality management equivalent courses.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a similar quality management / medical lab exposure is required.
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers and members of the general public.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, patients record, etc.
  • Undertake training as required.
  • Actively support all company policy rules and procedures, as stated in Company’s Handbook, including Safety and Health.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
