We are looking for a Designer to join us!

5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday 08:30 - 13:00

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare drawing proposal for project sales & marketing team (JB & KL) and assist branding & marketing department, retail & dealer (as instructed by H.O.D.)
Perform overall quality control of work (schedule & plans) and report daily on project on-hand progress to superior.
Daily interaction with other team members and work closely with superior to report any problem and get solutions for necessary drawing improvements action.
Prepare designers KPI report by monthly basis.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project marketing to speed up drawing process to fulfill customer deadline.
Ensure communicate well with SMP to start drawing correctly and timely complete to meet customer expectations.
Help SMP to prepare labelling/ laminating/ material preparation for submission.
Efficient revised drawing as per commented by customer by taking prompt action.
Update & Upload new tiles poster in “Tile images - Google’s Drive” timely.
All other task instructed by superior.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degrees in architectural or industrial design.
Software skills - Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Premier Pro / AutoCAD / Sketch up / 3ds Max / Enscape / Lumion / Shapespark / Revit / Vray. / Microsoft Office.
Relevant working experience.
Confidence – to create a new design as per experience in field.
Provide assistance in project design and development activities based on customer requirements.
Develop design documentations, technical specifications and other project related documentations as needed.
Work with design team in prioritizing, planning and executing several projects efficiently.
Work and discuss with Project Marketing Manager in developing project plan, design and schedule of tiles.
Excellent interpersonal skills – teamwork, responsibility, dependability, flexibility, patience.
