Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled e-commerce specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our online sales platform. As an e-commerce specialist at myFirst, you will be instrumental in managing our e-commerce operations, optimizing the online shopping experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
· Daily management in categories, campaigns, interface, products and prices upload on company’s web stores, multiple ecommerce and social media platform (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.).
· Plan, strategize and execute online growth plan through pricing strategies, product presentations, effective positioning of products, sales promotions, deals, give away, marketplace listing optimizations & product range expansion to achieve sales target.
· Conduct research to analyze market trends, demand item, traffic, customer behavior and competitive landscape in marketplaces.
· Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data and post campaign analysis.
· Work with sales and marketing teams to develop creative ideas for advertising and marketing content and ensure successful online assortment and sales conversions.
· Able to manage and promote online platform sales, closing deal, handle customer enquiry and provide after sales service to solve customer technical issue.
· Ensure timely completions of order fulfillment with logistics team.
· Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by E-Commerce Manager.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or bachelor’s degree, professional degree, in related fields (E-Commerce, Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent).
· 1-2 years of experience in managing and driving e-commerce business.
· Online sales experience in the South-East Asia region or overseas markets will be an added advantage.
· Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Analytical skill in reviewing business reports and forecasts business with accuracy.
· Ability to multitask and communicate clearly and concisely.
· Positive attitude, self-motivated and target driven.
· Good command of written and spoken English.
· Mandarin fluency will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
