Job Description:
- Overseeing the entire franchise development process for OldTown, both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries and expansions, representing the brand during presentations and franchise events, and fostering relationships with government agencies. This role involves providing ongoing support to franchisees, facilitating financial connections, and identifying strategic locations for new outlets include administering franchise documentation, collaborating with the Design & Construction team and Franchise Operations Manager to resolve issues and ensures alignment on onboarding for new franchisees.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managed New Franchise Enquiries & Expansions (Domestic & International), [email protected] email (Official Email for OldTown Franchise Enquiries) and cold calls (following up with potential prospects).
- Company Representative for Brand Presentations & Pitching specializing for franchise business and promote OldTown Franchise package with clarity.
- Participate and represent in all events, meetings, exhibitions or franchise shows and work closely with government agencies such as MFA,KUSKOP,MATRADE & PERNAS.
- Actively providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including facilitating connections with financial institutions to secure funding and financial support.
- Identify strategic locations and site visits / inspections with demographic studies for outlet expansion in line with the company sales growth target (Shop Lot/Mixed Development/ Universities/Hospitals & etc).
- Successfully established a network of relationships with key landlords, property agents, and leasing teams, resulting in a steady flow of high-potential location options for OldTown White Coffee.
- Carry out all phases of the business development process including prepare of business proposal, making presentation and project implementation before enrolment.
- Conducted the project implementation to potential franchisee / management on Real Estate Acquisition Proposal (REAP) and Return On Investment (ROI) to have clarity in minimizing the business risks, possibilities and maximizing profitability in targeted business area.
- Administer the franchise documentations, payments, and related documents, to ensure a proper franchisee enrolment and work closely with Business Franchise Admin Department.
- Work closely with Design & Construction team, assist to negotiate on the issues/ matters during renovation and provide resources regarding the site to ensure seamless workflow and site recce.
- Maintained franchisee relationship by addressing their concern towards management to ensure successful enrolment and smooth business operations as well as continuous business development and expansion plans.
- Communicate with Franchise Operations Manager regarding ongoing status for upcoming enrolment of new franchisee, status and onboarding sessions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
