1. Strategic HR Planning

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with the business goals.
  • Forecast talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices and policies to support the company's mission and vision.

2. Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee leadership development, employee performance management, and succession planning.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create strategies for employee development and retention.
  • Implement training programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.

3. Change Management

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, such as mergers, restructures, or culture transformations.
  • Support managers in navigating and managing employee concerns during periods of change.

4. Employee Relations

  • Advise on conflict resolution and support managers in addressing employee relations issues.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and high employee engagement.

5. Performance Management

  • Develop and monitor performance management frameworks that ensure employees are meeting business expectations.
  • Assist in setting up compensation and rewards strategies that support business objectives.

6. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use HR analytics to assess workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help inform leadership decisions and organizational strategies.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Strong understanding of various HR functions
  • Understanding of local, state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • HRBP certifications (if any)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
