- Always feedback customer based on their requirements.
- To support & assist Customer Service Executive in handling customers' queries and requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- SPM/ Diploma
- Basic computer software knowledge needed :MS Office skills (Word & Excel).
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Willing to work overtime/ weekend/ public holiday.
- Adaptable to assist with ad hoc or urgent work requests.
- Demonstrates patience, cooperativeness, and the ability to follow instructions.
Working Hours: 5.5 days
Working Location: No. 3, Lot 21, Jalan 1A KKIP Selatan, Industrial Zone 1, Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park, 88460 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
