Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to keep Customer at the forefront of all requests and advocate for the Customer’s needs at all times.
  • Identify, resolve or manage the resolution of system issues
  • Take calls and service ticket requests on a ticket system
  • Supports internal clients with system admin tasks and product knowledge expert advice.
  • Manage escalation to 2nd Line
  • Achieve the KPIs and SLAs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and above in IT, Computer Science and other related field
  • Fluent in English language both written and oral
  • At least 3 years experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support
  • Able to support on rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
