Job Responsibilities
- Ability to keep Customer at the forefront of all requests and advocate for the Customer’s needs at all times.
- Identify, resolve or manage the resolution of system issues
- Take calls and service ticket requests on a ticket system
- Supports internal clients with system admin tasks and product knowledge expert advice.
- Manage escalation to 2nd Line
- Achieve the KPIs and SLAs
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above in IT, Computer Science and other related field
- Fluent in English language both written and oral
- At least 3 years experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support
- Able to support on rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
