  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Collector Analyst

Must be able to write and speak fluently in Mandarin

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Malaysia/Singapore consumer and SME portfolios.
  • Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans.
  • Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses.
  • Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank.
  • Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI.
  • Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager.

Requirement

  • Have at least 2-years of collections experience.
  • Able to speak, read and write Mandarin.
  • Well versed in the bank products and processes.
  • Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space.
  • Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
