Seller Support based in Mega Warehouse:
Contract duration: 6 months (renew)
Job scope:
1. To deliver excellent CS and manage the needs of Shopee's customer (through live chats)
2. Liaise with other departments as required to resolve user issues
3. Professionally handle the high volume of inquiries from customer
4. Able to speak and write in English fluently
Working days: 5 days a week, 2 day off (1 weekend and 1 weekday)
Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (including 1 hour break)
12.00am to 2.00am - if and when required during the campaign only (The 2 hours will be deducted from their normal working hours)
Location : Unit WA-L2-A1, WA-L2-A2, WA-L2-A3, Bukit Raja Industrial Complex, Jalan Keluli 2B/KU2, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor.
Salary Package:
Basic: RM2,500
OT: Based on EA (if required)
Statutory Benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave & Sick Leave)

Pay: RM2,200.67 - RM2,500.47 per month
