Job Scope:
- To attend to customer/agents escalated enquiries via counter and call center, and to maintain TAT and upkeep delivery of customer service standards (SOP).
- Collect premium payment (Credit Card & Giro), issue insurance contract (Motor and Non-Motor NB, Renewal, End or Cancellation MMIP), handle Bulk Payment submission and prepare quotation for Personal Lines products.
- Underwrite new business/ renewal submission by customers for standard risk.
- Segregate and batch scanning request Slip(SRS) documents for scanning purposes. To check all proposals and relevant documents on PDPA, AMLA, FSA are all in order before submission for batching.
- Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Always be updated with all existing / new products and proactively conveys to the customers.
Requirement:
- Possess a minimum Diploma qualification (ideal to have a bachelor’s degree) and we are open to consider background in any academic courses.
- Able to readily take on the customer service role at the front counter. We require a candidate who is friendly and able to actively engage with customers
- Has good and professional conduct of self. Able to demonstrate tactful, diplomatic and respectful communication in all interaction.
