We're looking for an Office Admin to join our team in Taman Melati.
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Maintain employee data in our the payroll and HR system and ensure data accuracy
- Update employee records by entering changes in exemptions, remunerations, deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll salary (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leaves, terminations, and check and authorize claims)
- Provide regular feedback and proactive communication to employees regarding payroll related enquiries with excellent written and verbal communications.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepare monthly statutory contributions and arrange for payment to be made accordingly
