  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineer, Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in civil / steel structural projects, demonstrating exceptional technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a profound understanding of engineering principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for high-rise buildings and complex structures.
  • Develop comprehensive engineering plans, specifications, and calculations for structural projects.
  • Supervise and review the work of junior engineers and draftsmen, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Utilize advanced engineering software to simulate, model, and analyse structural behaviour.
  • Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and documentation for regulatory submissions and client presentations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Must have 6 - 10 years of experience civil / steel structural engineering / high-rise buildings and complex structures or similar environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
