Business Manager – Retail Finance

Salary: RM3.5k - RM6.5k depending on the experiences.
Location: Setia Alam
Working day & hour: Monday – Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Contract duration: 24 months under PERSOLKELLY

Duties:

• Support Sales Advisor in promoting and selling SF Products for New & Used Cars
• Participate in all Dealer sales events for upselling SF Financing products
• (Campaigns, services & products)
• Received loan/financing applications from dealer/customer/sales advisor and ensure documents received

• Interview applicant (by phone/in person). KYC
• Ensure Credit Application is created timely
• Keep dealers updated on a daily basis the status of cases submitted
• Investigate and follow up on cases that have been delayed for approval and disbursement
• Follow up on invoices, delivery order, VOC and other dealer documents for disbursement
• Guide customer to sign up for eDD
• Sort and vet documents for correctness and completeness before submitting for disbursements.
• Execute signing of HP Agreement with customer and submitting to Cl

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Admin or any other related disciplines
• 1 - 3 years of work experience in Banking, Sales or Auto Finance industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Possess basic analytical and credit assessment skills, strong eye for detail in managing documentation completeness
• Proficient in Computer skills (example MS Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook
• Solid interpersonal relationship skills in building interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
