Job Description:
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, promoting a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance, and providing guidance to employees on available benefits.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace, fostering an environment that values and respects individual differences.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage administrative functions, including facilities, office management, and vendor relationships, ensuring a seamless and efficient workplace.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their HR and corporate affairs needs, and acting as a key point of contact to understand and meet their expectations.
- Work closely with the business and leadership team to develop and execute the people strategy around manpower planning, people budget, compensation and benefits, succession planning, people development, and performance management to achieve business goals.
- Support corporate communication strategies, including public relations, internal communications, and events, to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans, ensuring the organization is prepared to handle unforeseen challenges with a focus on employee well-being and business continuity.
- Undertake any other tasks that are assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
