Job Requirement:

• Experience in the fine jewelry or retail industry, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and trends
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising
• Understanding of financial and sales reports
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekend, and public holidays.
