About The Position

Your Role Would Include:
- Communicate, maintain good rapport and provide a good customer service experience to parents/customers.
- Manage and lead the operations of the centre.
- Motivate the team and work closely to build a strong team.
The Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- A Degree in any discipline.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the capacity of a manager. Those with working experience in customer service, PR, mass communication or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
- Good leadership skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills. Able to build strong rapport with parents and staff.
