Job Scope
1.Bookkeeping
2.Quotation, invoicing and receipt management
3.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
4.Keep stock of office and all zenvilla centers’ supplies and place order when necessary
5.Manage agendas/travel arrangements/ appointments etc. For the upper management
6.Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties, as necessary
7.Communicate with upper management to coordinate schedules
8.Assist in purchace orders and invoicing
9.Support customer services when necessary
10.Preparing all documents related to account and key in to software or 3rd party
11.Inventory management.
12.Support logistic when necessary
