Site Supervisor (Construction)

• On-Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project schedules.
• Safety & Quality Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements, minimizing risks and maintaining high safety standards.
• Coordination & Supervision: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure efficient workflows, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and progress reports, documenting key activities and ensuring proper tracking of materials and resources.
• Liaison with Project Management: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and/or Project Director regarding site progress, challenges, and any issues that require resolution.
