  • Key in daily accounting transactions
  • Prepare receiving / journal / payment vouchers, debit / credit note and issuance of cheques
  • Check and verify suppliers' invoice
  • Monitor recurring expenses payment are made up to date
  • Update bank book and prepare monthly bank reconciliation
  • Update debtors' ageing, review debtors' account and collection of debts
  • Assist on administration works as required
  • Assist in preparing ad hoc reports as requested by immediate superior
  • Observe and comply with company policies
  • Any other related function as and when arises
  • Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or equivalent
  • Hardware industry experience preferred
  • Required languages(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
  • Posses good positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • EPF, SOSCO, EIS
