ACCOUNT INTERN

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Intern to support our finance team. This internship offers a practical learning experience in accounting, where you’ll assist with financial documentation, data entry, and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized financial records. - Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices, verifying payment details, and updating payment status. - Account Reconciliation: Support in reconciling bank statements, expense reports, and financial accounts. - Financial Reporting: Aid in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external use. - Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they align with the budget and accounting policies. - Audit Support: Help prepare documents and data for audits and review by external auditors. - Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in additional projects as assigned by the accounting team. Requirements: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Accounting, Finance, Business, or related program. - Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail. - Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus. - Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
