Senior Supervisor Premix Plant

Responsibilities • Communicate with team to meet production demands in a timely manner. • Supervise employees performing day to day quarry operations and equipment maintenance. • Schedule, assign, plan and monitor the staffs to ensure completion of the tasks in a timely and quality manner. • Manage operations including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, equipment maintenance, ect. • Complete operational summaries and reports as needed. • Plan, coordinate and supervise quarry operations to meet plant production needs. • Provide technical assistance in maintenance of equipment. • Ensure quarry site operates safely, efficiently, and successfully. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mining/Mechanical Engineering • Have previous working experience in quarry, posses short firer license and good knowledge in crusher plant maintenance • A strong level of technical understanding of quarry face development • Knowledge of safety issues and practical working environments • Leadership qualities and team building skills • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Salary and remuneration will commensurate with candidate’s experience and education
