1. Technical: • Assist customers in identifying problems and provide solutions to achieve the flock’s performance targets, and best farm practices. • Respond rapidly to any customer enquiries and resolve complaints related to sub-standard performance, associated with diseases, management, environment or feed quality, speedily to their satisfaction. • Monitor and report to company on feed performance, customers’ needs and market demands. • Assist in the monitoring of field trials. • Work closely with sales personal, management and functional colleagues to update the company on competitors feed performance & market activities. • Maintain regular contacts with customers to ensure that there is continuous feedback about the feed quality and performance. • Maintain a liaison with other company staff, particularly in relation to the development of sales and marketing plans. 2. Sales: • Responsible to achieve month sales target and enlarge customer base. • Responsible to submit weekly itinerary and report as well as Monthly Sales Reports on time. • Responsible to update area Customer Database on the regular basis to Sales Manager. • Responsible to submit Weekly Sales Forecast to customer service department on time on every Friday and copies Sales Manager. • Responsible to obtain copies of Debtors Aging List from Finance Department on half monthly basis then go through customer-by-customer to ensure customers settle their account according to their credit term. You must be sensitive enough to identify any problematic accounts and help to expedite the payment before it turns bad. • Responsible to attend Sales Meeting and to make presentation to update market situation, sales performance, collection, competitors’ activities and all other key issues. • Responsible to ensure all accounts application forms are duly filed and completed with full documents before make sales to any new customer. No sales will be affected until full sets of documents have been completed and duly approved by The Management. • Responsible to collect competitors’ information include activities and strategies in promotion, pricing, products and distributions network. • Responsible to always liaise with sales manager and office to update with new policies, procedures and guidelines and make sure we always observe and comply prevailing practice. • Responsible to gather and collected farm performance data and work closely with technical staff for analyzing those data and feedback to Sales Manager. • Responsible to capture new customers and regain lost customers. • Responsible to build the good rapport with customer and providing after sales services. • Act professionally during collection. • Any other duties as instructed by Sales Manager and The Management. Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or AVP Business Operations – EM and/or by authorized personnel.
