  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Oversee the overall operations of oil palm estates. 2. To implement and review the strategies and policies to ensure that KPIs and objectives are met. 3. Continually working with respective Staff to improve on production and volume. Fully responsible for ensuring Estates are adequately staffed with workers (local and foreign hires). 4. Proactively provide technical expertise in matters pertaining to estate's sustainability, mechanization, harvesting, pest control and cultivation processes. 5. Good understanding of estate SOPs to ensure compliance. 6. Prepare and present reports and analysis on the estates’ performance. 7. To ensure daily operations run smoothly by complying with Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 8. To control the administration and management of equipment, general administration, procurement of good and services and safeguarding Company assets in line with KPI set as well as the Company’s business strategy and objective.
