Assistant Quality Management

Responsible to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality control inspection and implement necessary preventive/corrective actions as and when required. Assist in increasing awareness and compliance to the quality standard and procedures. Ensure proper verification techniques are being used, non¬conforming products are properly segregate and labeled, corrective actions are properly maintained. To review, analyses the QMS and EMS effectiveness as means of Quality Assurance (improvement) program. Organize and manage Quality Assurance (QA) unit to provide optimal service for internal and external customers consistently through planning and controlling of work to be done with the resources (equipment and staff) on hand. Liaise with other unit in any issue related to quality aspects in production lines. Responsible to assist in organizing the Quality System Audit on a regular basis and to coordinate on improvement activities on any non-compliance issues. Responsible to be a part of a team of Quality System Auditors to conduct Quality System Audit as part of continuous assessment for the company’s Quality System Improvement.
