Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and talented RPA intern to join our team for 6 months. As an RPA intern, you will work on Power Automate to automate tasks in the HR and Recruiting function. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and heads of department to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, and you will develop and implement RPA flows. You will also provide training and support to users of RPA flows, and you will monitor and analyze RPA performance.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Prior experience with Power Automate or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
Responsibilities:
  • Automate HR and recruiting processes using Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain RPA flows.
