As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the HR strategy to support the growth and development of the organization. Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, providing training and support for managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and compliance. Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market standards. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. Stay updated on employment legislation and implement necessary changes. HR Metrics & Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and drive continuous improvement. Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall organizational culture. Change Management: Support organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, to ensure smooth transitions and maintain employee morale. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred. Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership HR role. Skills: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and lead HR teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools. Ability to influence and partner with leadership at all levels of the organization.
