As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the HR strategy to support the growth and development of the organization. This role involves overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR operations. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on conflict resolution, employee concerns, and disciplinary actions. Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, providing training and support for managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and compliance. Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market standards. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. Stay updated on employment legislation and implement necessary changes. HR Metrics & Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and drive continuous improvement. Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall organizational culture. Change Management: Support organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, to ensure smooth transitions and maintain employee morale. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred. Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership HR role. Skills: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and lead HR teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools. Ability to influence and partner with leadership at all levels of the organization.
