JIBRIL JB is seeking a qualified Branch Manager to join
In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them come back for more.

COMPANY VISION: Understand and deliver company’s vision and operational objectives. Ensure all staff adheres to and has knowledge of all company (SOP) policies & procedures.
LEADERSHIP: Motivate team to be successful, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions. Provide regular performance feedback to Kitchen Managers and/or Asisstain Managers. Always communicating with team and upper management.
DECISION-MAKING SKILLS: The buck stops with you! Whether dealing with employees, client management or guest, you will have to make decisions that affect the company. Ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to your success.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Use analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.
TIME MANAGEMENT: Operations Managers work with multiple accounts and managers across a large region, coordinate visiting these accounts from time to time. Creating schedules, a minimum of one week in advance, arranging visit meetings with key clients, and planning site activity targets require time management and careful planning.
DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Responsible for maintaining operational excellence in each account. Comfortable with working and training any position inside JIBRIL outlet. Provide value/support by working inside kitchen as needed. 50% of your time, lending your physical support and 50% of energy focus on strategic support with building sales and improving the overall performance of your accounts.
SPEAKING & WRITING: Operations Managers do a lot of communicating. This might be in front of a group of employees, or in a meeting with management. You might be called upon to write reports, recommendations, or reasons for termination. Great verbal communications and writing skills will help you in any of these scenarios.
WEEKLY SITE VISITS: On average, spend 80% of time visiting accounts. Support with service and ongoing development of food quality, a la carte menu, staff, and customer care.
FINANCIAL RESULTS: Achieve quantitative objectives for your assigned region, including sales growth of 5% annually, labor target of 14% or area and COGS at 30% on prepared food, 70% on packaged items for an aggregate of 40~43%. Review and approve monthly supplier costs “25th payment list”. Conducting a monthly P&L “scrub” detail review meeting with each account to ensure the best financial results and a target of 20~30% controllable profit percentage.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Demonstrate uncompromising customer service skills. Provide customer service to internal customers = staff. Represent JIBRIL JB as a brand ambassador when supporting our external customers = students, faculty, and marketing.
CATERING: Be present at all non-regular events, including night and weekend events. Support team with all events that is catering to guests.
INSPECTION: Conduct monthly kitchen inspections for your accounts. Send results in WhatsApp to group chat within 24 hours.
RECRUITMENT: In charge of hiring new staff for operation team, with good judge of character to ensure that you hire the right people to maintain an efficient and motivated team. Ensure training environment is in place.
LABOR MANAGEMENT: Record and approve all timecards for the accounts in which you oversee. This includes approving requests, such as annual leave. Also ensure the right about of labor coverage is always present.
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS: Conduct annual performance reviews for your FT staff and ensure PT are done by Manager

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
