Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer questions about products, services, policies, or issues via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Order Support: Help with processing orders, tracking shipments, or handling returns and exchanges.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to help improve products, services, or processes.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions and follow-up actions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Upselling or Cross-selling: In some cases, Customer Service Specialists may be tasked with promoting additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Escalating Issues: For complex or unresolved issues, escalate the matter to a manager or specialized department.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is often preferred. Fresh grad are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be willing to work at Shah Alam Section 15, Monday to Friday.
  • Malaysians only.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
